Background:

Helena Bertinelli was once a compassionate woman who believed in legal justice, hoping to bring her mobster father to justice through the law. However, when her father ordered the murder of her fiancé, something inside her snapped. Now driven by a single-minded obsession for revenge, Helena took on the mantle of The Huntress. She became cold, ruthless, and willing to kill anyone standing in the way of her quest for vengeance, including innocent bystanders.

Her relationship with Oliver Queen was complicated. Initially, their romantic connection made Oliver believe he could help her find a better way to achieve justice. But Helena's need for revenge was too deep, and she rejected Oliver’s methods, choosing violence and death over redemption. By the end of Season 1, Helena had embraced her darker impulses, becoming an even more dangerous force—unwilling to let anyone, not even Oliver, change her course.
