Background:
Cyrus Gold’s name was whispered in Glades back alleys long before the Church of Blood made him their weapon. Once the head of Zandia Orphanage, Gold served under Father Trigon as the Acolyte, shaping lost children into soldiers of faith and fear. His bond with Sebastian Blood ran deep, forged in the shadows of an orphanage where violence was the only language. When the Mirakuru serum entered the picture, Cyrus was ready to sacrifice anything for more power. The injection nearly killed him, but he rose from the table stronger, faster, and almost impossible to stop. Bullets flattened against his skin, arrows splintered on impact, and men who thought they were tough learned what real strength felt like when he broke them in half.
But the serum brought more than muscle. Rage festered inside him, pushing him to smash through doors, crush steel in his grip, and kill without hesitation. His missions for Brother Blood were blunt-force chaos, from ripping an industrial centrifuge from the ground to walking away from point-blank gunfire. It all ended when Oliver Queen lured him into a final confrontation, breaking the fight with a well-placed shot that bathed Cyrus in a chemical mix. Even Mirakuru could not heal that.
