- Background: Paul Christian lost his legs in a subway accident. Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner), attempted to restore them using his power ring, but the legs proved unstable and dependent on Paul's willpower. After losing his legs again in an accident, Paul made a deal with Neron to regain them and gain the power to emit a green flame. He became a minion of Neron in Hell.
GM Note: I was reading some old issues of GL and this guy was part of the storyline, so figured I'd write him up!
